Do you accept payment options?
Yes we do! We've partnered with Partial.ly to offer easy and flexible payment options for all our customers. Simply add your desired items to cart and chose the "Purchase with Partial.ly" option and you will be redirected to their website. Payment plans range from 1-3 months and can be anywhere as low as a 25% down payment.
Where do the statues ship from?
Majority of preorders will be shipped directly from the manufacturers in Asia to your home.
Why is shipping so expensive?
We've partnered with DHL and EMS to ensure the safest and fastest delivery option for you. These resin statues are extremely fragile, so we only offer the fastest delivery option available to minimize potential risk of damage during transit. Also, resin statues are heavy and big, which does play a factor in the pricing for shipping.
Custom Charges
Gold Star CCG does not charge any customs duties on overseas shipments, however we cannot guarantee that customs charges will not be applicable to your package when it reaches your country. We are not responsible for these charges and cannot provide estimates as to what these charges may be. You may wish to contact your local customs office or post office for further information.
What are your custom cards made of?
The lenticular cards are printed on standard paper and a piece of lenticular film is applied to give it the transition affect.
Metal cards are laser etched on stainless steel. The colors are applied through silk screen printing or digitally depending on color and complexity.
What if my statue arrived damaged?
It's very rare for these statues to arrived damaged due to the level of protection and care that goes into packaging them, but damages can still happen during transit. If your's do arrived damaged, reach out to me via email or Instagram right away and I'll help you get in contact with the manufacturer.
Damaged statues are covered by the manufacturers (majority of the time. There are instances where manufacturers will not cover damages), the only thing you'll have to do is cover shipping costs to get the damaged piece to the manufacturer as well as return shipping.
GoldStarCCG is not responsible for damages.
Why hasn't my statue been shipped yet?
Most statues are listed as preorders and the release date can be several months out. If it's already at your scheduled release date and the statue still hasn't been shipped yet, it may be due to production delays (it does happen). What I suggest is to follow me on Instagram for frequent updates for each statue. I always post updates on there as well as new photos.
